I am Iqbal Ahmad from Gwalior , India. I am thankful to the almighty for giving me an opportunity to connect with all of you through this beautiful link called "URDU POETRY". Welcome to the website . Life is a journey and while travelling through the road we come across a lot of milestones , with the flow of time our perception towards life changes . Same happened to me, that i inclined towards writing.
Many incidents in your life ignites a feel in your heart which you share with your family and friends. A good and pure heart always gives birth to pure thoughts. Expressing these thoughts requires a medium and almighty ALLAH bestows on me a sense of URDU. I don't have any degree in URDU , neither have i a POETIC lineage.
But its a great blessing of almighty that he gave me this sense of understanding and arrangement of words. It is he who gave anybody anything he wants.
"HIMMAT-E-KHAAK" is an emotional journey started in 2007 when the almighty ALLAH started pouring some words inside my heart and gave me an understanding of arrangements.Which i am sharing with all of you.
This collection contains three parts HIMMAT-E-KHAAK is my journey, GULSHAN-E-TASAVVUR is the journey of urdu poetry/philosophy through the hearts of LEGENDARY POETS / PHILOSOPHERS, and GUFTGOO will contain any other conversation.
